1. Where should I ship my head for custom stringing?

After you've placed an order, you should see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email to the one provided in the ordering process. Sometimes confirmation emails end up in spam or other filtered folders, so be sure to check there first. If you cannot find it, please do not hesitate to email us at support@2lacrosse.com with your Order # and we will make sure you have all of the information you need!

2. How long does custom stringing take?

We guarantee that we will ship the head out within 3-5 business days of receiving it. Usually, it only takes us 1-2 days, however, there are times that we get busy!

3. Do I need to unstring my head?

We won't ever charge you to unstring your head, but it does speed up the process if you can take care of that yourself!

4. I don't see the kind of stringing I want, can I order it anyways?

Yes! If you would like something specifically changed, or a new concept altogether, please reach out to us at support@2lacrosse.com. We will work with you to create the head of your dreams!

5. Does 2Lacrosse only do women's field heads?

No! We specialize in women's field heads, but also take pride in our goalie stringing as well (current and former pro, collegiate and US team members use our stringing).

6. Can I buy a head from 2Lacrosse?

Unfortunately we are not an authorized dealer, however, you can purchase a head at an online retailer and have it shipped directly to us!

7. Are you available for lessons?

2Lacrosse started as a company for passing on the knowledge of lacrosse. We do have clinics and provide lessons to those who are interested, but space fills up fast. If you are interested in having us at a clinic, please reach out to support@2lacrosse.com
