The 12-week curriculum covers the following topics:



  1. Initial evaluation of fitness and technique

  2. Two weeks covering in depth fundamental techniques including stance, stepping to the ball and arcs

  3. Hand-eye work

  4. Reaction drills

  5. Outside of the cage work

  6. Clearing

  7. Ground balls

  8. Advanced game concepts

  9. Specific areas of focus for individual weaknesses

  10. Putting it all together including game day warmup, strategies moving forward
