Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds

All training sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of instruction, however training sessions are fully refundable under the following circumstances:

Individual, in-person training sessions-

- Refund request must be made 48 hours PRIOR to the start of the first session.

- Following the first session, refunds will be given at a prorated rate, based on number of sessions remaining.

 

Online training sessions-

- Refund request must be made 12 hours PRIOR to the start of the first session.

- Following the first session, refunds will be given at a prorated rate, based on number of sessions remaining.

 

To request a refund, please contact support@2lacrosse.com to obtain proper authorization. Allow up to 5-7 business days for refund check to be sent following authorization.

 

Cancellations

We understand things come up in life and you may need to cancel a training session. Please make sure to contact 2Lacrosse as soon as you know a conflict is imminent so we can work with you to reschedule. All no-shows are subject to a $50 no-show fee. Failure to show on mulitple occasions may result in the termination of services without the opportunity to obtain a refund.
